Confidential documents don’t belong in the email attachment, but in the Team Safe! The Deep Links can only be opened by team members and give no indication of the destination – neither the Team Safe nor the users or contents.
Deep Links is available in the web application, in the mobile apps, and also via the desktop client on Windows or macOS from SecureSafe.
Create Deep Links directly in Windows Explorer or Mac Finder – provided you have installed the SecureSafe Desktop App on your operating system and synchronised the relevant folders and files with Team Safe.
Right-click on the synchronised folder or file and then select "Share SecureSafe Link". It's that easy.
Deep Links is a function for working in a Team Safe, and therefore a folder and file environment that can be managed jointly with team members. Want to securely send confidential files to people who are not members of your Team Safe? SecureSend can be used to reach recipients even who are not SecureSafe users. In the web application, select the "Send file" option in the context menu and follow the instructions.
