How do I use the SecureSafe Browser Extension?
- Install the browser extension for Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Brave using the links above. The password manager will then be automatically activated.

When will I be automatically logged out of the browser extension?
You will be automatically logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity. Click on the SecureSafe icon at the top right of the address bar to log in again.
In the future, it will be possible to flexibly set the automatic logout time.
How do I log in to the SecureSafe Password Manager from my browser?
Open the SecureSafe password manager by clicking on the SecureSafe icon in the top right-hand corner of the browser bar. Now log in with your SecureSafe username and password. If you do not yet have a SecureSafe account, you can register for free via our web or mobile app.
How can I directly enter passwords in the login field?
Once you have loaded a login page, you will be prompted to log in to SecureSafe – if you are not already logged in. Your password entries will then be displayed directly in the corresponding field. As soon as you select the desired entry, it will be transferred to the login field.
