Question: What do I have to do to use SecureSafe?
Answer: Existing customers do not have to do anything! All of your data remain unchanged and accessible and you can use your existing username and password from DataInherit to log in under the new name www.securesafe.com (the old webpage will also redirect you to the new webpage).

Answer: The products remain the same but have new names, more functionality and often lower prices:

Question: Why was DataInherit renamed SecureSafe?
Answer: One of the key features - our customers value- is the highly secure storage available in their Internet data safe. We want to emphasize this important feature even more strongly in the name of our product. In addition, a growing number of banks are also offering our data safe service to their own customers.

Question: What will happen to DataInherit now?
Aanswer: All accounts and data will now be accessible via SecureSafe. The www.datainherit.com webpage will now redirect you to www.securesafe.com. The name "DataInherit" will remain in use as the name for the data inheritance function, is an integral component of all SecureSafe products.

Question: Can I still find the DataInherit app on my iPhone?
Answer: The iPhone/iPad app is now also called SecureSafe.

Question: I already have the DataInherit iPhone app. Can I continue to use it?

Answer: Yes, existing DataInherit iPhone app users can continue to access all their data the same way. You can use your existing username and password from your former DataInherit account to log in. Only the iPhone icon with the SecureSafe icon has been changed.

Question: How much does SecureSafe cost?
Answer: SecureSafe FREE is and will remain free for life. Anyone who would like a larger data quota or more functionality has the option of choosing from three premium products, subject to costs: SecureSafe Password PRO, SILVER or GOLD. You will find more details here

Question: I recently opened a SILVER or GOLD account that I had to pay for, and now the prices go down. Can I still benefit from the discount?
Answer: Yes. Any customers who opened a DataInherit Silver or Gold account subject to a fee during the last three months will be guaranteed a free extension for their account. These customers will be contacted automatically by us in the coming days or weeks. Anyone who already has a Password Safe PREMIUM account will not be given an account extension because the old and new prices are identical.
